Ordering

          Watermelon Terrace will ship orders within 24 hours of the time that the order is received. Expect 1-3 business days for shipping locally. 3-10 business days otherwise. Orders on non-business days will be shipped the next available business day.

 

Returns and Exchanges

          If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not while paying the difference. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
